Peddinghaus maintains a complete staff of trained technicians to assist in response to a question or trouble shooting any problems that may develop on Peddinghaus equipment. Once a technician receives a users call, he can immediately familiarize himself with the history of the equipment, model type, vintage, control and drive design, and what version of Peddimat software is being utilized. This facilitates the effectiveness of the phone call and enables us to resolve the problem with maximum efficiency.
