Customer’s calls are distributed by machine. Each service technician specializes in a certain type of machines. This allows customers to receive accurate responses about their specific machine.
New LCD monitors display open service tickets, live feed phone log, world clocks and Peddinghaus locations. These screens reduce call times and increase awareness of calls by allowing service technicians to accurately monitor the length of calls, which machines calls are for, and where the calls are coming from, to better serve our customers.
