Tekla Structures North American User Meeting 2011 (twitter #UM11) kicked off with keynote address on Friday, August 12 with John Moebes, Director of Construction, Crate&Barrel (twitter #CrateandBarrel). Mr. Moebes is recognized as a leader in the use of Internet-based project management tools, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and digital document review to improve project performance.
Tekla general sessions addressed trends in the building and construction industry. The technical sessions and break-out sessions showcased refinements to the BIM software and a future outlook on "what's coming next."

Peddinghaus' Adnexxus Software and Peddi-TV were a huge success at Tekla's #UM11
During the general sessions and break-out sessions Lyle Menke - Vice President and Istok Budic - Advanced Software Development Manager for Peddinghaus talked with attendees about the new Adnexxus Software as a direct link between Tekla Structures and Peddinghaus CAM software. FREE 30 Day Trials were handed out at the meeting and live demonstrations of the software features and functions were conducted by Istok.
