It started as a simple “thank you.” It became a tradition. Today, it’s a celebration of the people who make this industry what it is. Because at the end of the day, it’s not about machines, it’s about relationships. Cheers to the next 100 years of building together. Here’s to you, the ones behind it all.

For decades, Peddinghaus has stood alongside fabricators, as a partner in business. A partner in growth. In building something that lasts. And somewhere along the way, something special began.

Not a product launch. Not a sales pitch. A “thank you.”

What started as a simple gesture, became a tradition. A moment each year, where the industry paused. Not to compete, but to celebrate.

From Charlotte, to San Antonio, to Denver. The rooms got bigger. The crowds grew louder.

Thousands gathered. Sharing stories, and celebrating the journey together.

What made these nights unforgettable? Maybe it was the lights, the music or the unexpected celebrity guests, comedians and performers filling the night with energy.

But that’s not what people remember most.

They remember the feeling. Of being valued. Of knowing that behind every machine. There’s a relationship.
